Locum needed to cover maternity leave. Monday - Wednesday (830-330 pm, Thursdays also available) to cover a panel of 675 patients. Clinic uses MedAccess, patients have access to PCN services (including a referral coordinator, mental health, elder consults, chronic disease management with LPN, RN, BHC) 70/30 split, weekly direct deposit. 10min south of Edmonton, perfect commute against traffic
